I have been with Ansley Forest for just over 1 year and am reasonable happy. The only reason I would move is due to possible rent increase of my townhome. Having an end unit is great. My only drawback (aside of rent increase) is my neighbors and their constant "belief" that they live in a HOUSE thus they can play their music AT ANY NOISE LEVEL (ok, I had to ge that out - smile). Anyway, EXCELLENT location (e.g. Ansley Strip Mall literally across the street). If they could add a fitness center or provide a membership deal with L.A. Fitness across the street I would rate it even higher.
