Now if that isn't an example of tooting your own gurtugenflugen, what is?

Management companies shouldn't be allowed to rate their own properties. And it insults the intelligence of the reader to see a post like their's. DUH. We *know* these posts are unverified but the truth is, ratings and comments on forums such as this usually really are truthful.

That said, I will only say that I was not happy and not unhappy living at Ansley Forest for nine months.
