About 3 years and boy have i seen it go down.
-1 mugging w/ knife cut
-saw the best 2 handymen leave
-old, moldy & drafty
-roaches & rats
-lawn service degraded
-halfass contractors
-more than one car' good luck, no assigned spaces
-unsecure

one block from blockbuster, kroger, laundry mat & drycleaning, LA Fitness, starbuck, caribou, moe's, bars...
cheap for the space and local
