Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I have lived here for almost 3 years and have had the most wonderful experiences here. The apartments are older but well maintained and the most bang for your buck in midtown. Long time residences seem to get great pricing breaks as well. Maintainence requests are handled promptly and typically have resolotion in one visit. VERY pet friendly. HIGHLY recommended.
