This place is the pits, do not make the mistake!

I lived there for over 2 years.
It was nothing but a constant maintenance nightmare.
The management constantly lied and played stupid about the constant ongoing maintenance problems.
They would say - did you call it in after 3 months of placing the service call.
They have 2 maintenance men who told us the manager gets a monthly bonus if she keeps the maintenance costs down.
They will lie, lie, lie to your face.
Depending on which building you live in you might find yourself living near two very busy streets - Monroe and Piedmont.
Prepare yourself for the constant noise, sirens.
If you live in a townhouse the bottom floor is always cold and the top floor is always too hot.
Oh yeah, the floor make the worst squeaking sounds.
They offered to renew our lease at the current price for the next 14 months when they were running an add in Creative Loafing advertising the same apartment for $100 less!!!!!! They will also promise to install ceiling fans and clean your carptets if you renew your lease.
Beware: they won't!
It is a convenient location but it's not worth it.
Several people at the Kroger across the street live there and EVERYONE of them has their own horror story! Speaking of which, several of the residents have mentioned "a presence" in their apt.
We experienced this unexplanable presence early on.
The manager used to live at the complex but moved out.
What more can I say' This place is a ghetto and needs to be torn down.
PS - Someone got stabbed walking outside their apt.
FOX 5 news tried to interview us for a story they were running.
