Not perfect, but very decent with excellent value for the buck.

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
Cons:
-Parking can be tight at times with some residents consistently parking in fire zones and occasionally blocking other residents in.
-Pool becomes overcrowded with non-residents coming over to take a dip(especially on Sundays).
-Apartments are older and therefore aren't as nice as newer facilities.
Kitchen and bathroom space is small.
-Lower level apartments near Piedmont Avenue can be subject to flooding during heavy summer downpours.
-Occasional bug/rodent problems
-Only one garbage dumpster facility, and I live a god-awful distance from it.
-No on-premise security.
Pros:
-Current management seems to do a good job of trying to please residents.
-With only one exception, rent increases at renewal time have been minimal or none.
-Rent is reasonable.
-INCREDIBLE LOCATION!!!
-Some long, long time residents.
Turnover of residents has been on the increase as of the last year or so, but many residents have been there for a while so they care about the place and their surroundings.
-Good mix of residents: Young, older, married, single, ---.
All seem welcome and comfortable.
-Facility stays reasonably maintained, especially for an older unit - they do a good job here.
