Ansley Forest

i lived in ansley forest for 6 years. overall, i really enjoyed my apartment.when i mover in, the management was great and the property was well maintained. what started me to be a bit concerned over the years was the high turnaround in the office. just as soon as i was getting comforatble with the manager, a new one would come in. to me, that was a sign that things were not doing well.
in the last two years that i was there, i started having numerous rat and roach problems. the area started to feel unsafe. my neighbors would keep me up at all hours of the night. the only resonse i got was to call the courtesy officer (i have never seen him out after my calls)of to call the police. the manager needs to take some responsibilty for the place.
i will say this much. it's a good place for someone who enjoys the city and all the pros and cons that come with it. the pool is great! if your mind is made up to move in and have an issue, follow up often (every day if you have to) with the office. this was my tactic and it seemed to get good results. i think it also depends on the apartment. mine was not nearly as bad as some other ones. i was always suprised how it varies from apartment to apartment.
