Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
While the buildings may be older, the price for the square footage you get can't be beat. The location is fantastic as you are right behind Smith's Old Bar with easy access to Midtown and Buckhead. Great jogging in Ansly and a plaza with a Publix, Blockbuster, and gym are right accross the street. If you are a homophobe, I wouldn't recommend this apartment complax; or Midtown at all. But I loved it and miss it more than any other place I have ever lived.
