The Arts Center Tower retains the words on the exterior "Luxury Rentals" from many, many years ago, when they were the latest, rather fashionable highrise apartments in Midtown. The cost to remove these words is apparently so high that no plans are in place to do so. Meanwhile, while not lavish or particularly fancy, they do provide gated, underground parking, nice pool on the fourth floor level, a really very good exercise/fitness center, a daytime doorman when I was there, and superb views of the city from A, B, F and G units. No washer/dryers in units. You must decend to the lobby level laundry facility. Still the best value in Midtown.
