Absolutely awful. The property is a mess. The Garage door is always broken. The place is infested with an endless supply of roaches. The laundry room is a mess. Recent management changes has resulted in rude misinformed management. The pool was rarely cleaned this past summer. what little landscaping there is half dead. The carpets in common areas are stained and icky. The guest parking is limited and dangerous. Definitely not a good place for single professional females or students.
