Ehhh....

I don't actually live here, but my boyfriend does. I think he's getting ripped off - he pays something around $804 for a 700/750 sq feet one bedroom, while I pay alot less for the same size. However he does live in a high rise with a pool and front desk staff - I don't. He also swears he loves the view enough to pay for it. They also have a deal so you get cable for 20 bucks a month. It is across from a marta station, but since marta doesn't really go anywhere, this is sort of a who cares feature. The air conditioning in the places either has to be on or off (not central) so you can freeze to death, but at least it works. The management is very very bad about cleaning the pool and keeping gas in the community grill near the pool. I also think the apartments are laid out weird - it's like one big room and then your bedroom. I have always felt safe parking here - I disagree with the other comments. They do have ample visitor parking, which is awesome, but not only do they want you to sign in (not a big deal,) they now want you to have a visitor pass too, which I think is stupid. Finally, the maintenance people seem sort of slow to react, and recently they had some turn over in the front desk staff, which sucks because the old people were good. The new people seem like stupid kids. I wouldn't pay to live here, but if you want to live in midtown, it's a good value.
