In the 2 years that I've lived at Art Center Tower, my dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator have broken down, mold has been found in the walls,the garbage chute smells consistently horrible, and we have found maggots in our cabinets. The water pipes break down about once a week so you can also look foward to drinking a glass of water and when your halfway done with it discovering that it is brown and loaded with sediment. The management is switched out every 3 or 4 mos, but they are consistently incompetent. The washers and dryers are always out of order, the laundry room hasnt been cleaned in about 10 years, and neither has the 'gym'. The pool ( which is dirty anyway) is never open because of some mysterious 'construction'. The air conditioners also leak onto the pool deck, so if your laying out, you may get splashed with mystery water every now and then. This place is dirty,old, and poorly managed. I reccomend that any prospective renters stay as far away as possible from art center tower.

i've lived here for about 4 years now...and you've explained it perfectly! this place f***** sucks!!!! and so does the f***** staff!
