I lived there for one year. I never had any major problems. The staff is really friendly. They are undergoing a bunch of renovations right now. By the looks of it it will be for the better. Rent is cheap compared to some other places around. It's an older place though, so it defintely shows, especially in the toilet that you have to flush multiple times and that also does not stop running unless you lift the top and fix it yourself, it also shows in the old ass appliances, like everything in the kitchen, and the fact that it does not have central heating and air. Definetely pay the extra fee and park under the building where it's safe and not next to the building in the visitors' lot. A bunch of cars were broken into there. Washer/dryer were expensive. A dollar in quarters for every load. I don't even think I paid that much in college. Anyways, it was an ok place to live. It's accessible and in the middle of everything. I would recommend it to someone who wants relatively cheap living for a while.
