Where to I begin' First, the fire alarms go off all the time. Early morning, midday, 3am, weekdays or weekends does not matter. And it goes off for a long duration of time. The office tries to scam the tenants into getting money. Supposedly, tenants call in to report someone not picking up their pet's mess. And the office calls anyone with a pet, and demands $100 fee without proof of the situation or report. Everything in out appartment has been broken: disher washer, water heater, air, sink disposal, etc. In a written letter, they offer a pre-inspection before moving out. Now they are recanting. And will only send you a list of fines that you have to pay to move out. The security guard, if you can even call him that, sleeps in his car. My roommate reported a suspicious homeless person walking around the parking garages and he said there was nothing he could do. The gate is a joke. Anyone can get in, cause there is only one way to get in. So tenants have to let anyone in, so they can get in themselves. I could go on and on. But I don't think there is any more room. I would rate this a 0 rtg. But the lowest is a 1 rtg. I am happy that I am leaving!!!!
