I lived in Ashton Chase from about 11/99 to 12/02. I was living there in the "Buckhead" section of the complex as a hard working single female. (The other sections are called "Midtown" and "The Hood"). My apartment was good compared to some of the units. I had water stains on the ceiling, roaches, a very slow bathtub drain, and sporadic sparks in the electrical panel. One morning I awoke to water pooling in the bowl of my kitchen light fixture. Maintenance' Hah! And I won't even go into the neighbor downstairs that smoked so much "stuff" that the smoke literally rolled over my balcony and into my apartment if I had the sliding doors open. Complaints to police and management didn't do much good.
