Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1996
At that time, it was known as Godby Crossing.
The fact that I consider my current residence (Peppertree Farm in Silver Spring, MD) similar except for price (Godby Crossing was cheap for metro-Atlanta, Peppertree Farm is NOT cheap for metro-DC) says plenty.
Basically Godby Crossing (Ashton Chase) was a total disaster--I was glad when I moved out of there!
And, reading from other reviews, basically nothing changed--or if any change, it was from bad to worst!
