The apartments are beautiful, but Lane Company is the worst- where do begin:
I've had - leaky sinks - rain in my apt. - mold and mildew under carpet - A/C not working in 90 degrees - Heat not working in 30 degrees - Faulty outlets - gaps in french doors - unwanted bugs/ roaches - random crackheads around - noisy neighbors... and the list goes on. BUT I CAN'T FORGET THE STAFF---THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST STAFF IN THE WORLD!! Clearly the worst, just never move here.

I lived at auburn glenn and it was the worst experience ever. one day i came home early from work to find someone fro maintance snoopn through my things. He claimed he had a work order but i didnt put one in. Their staff is imcompetent and unprofessional. the maintance men are theives.One of the staff lets her husband do maintance work in the tenants apartments and hes a drug dealer and user.I came home early one day to find tis man leaving my apt. I went to leasing ofc to complain about it and his wife (Val leasing agent) said he was helpn maintance. But I didnt put in work order. 1 month later i went out of town on my way out with my luggage i dropped off my rent check came back the next day to find my locks changed on my apt door had to call maintance and wait 4hr fot him so finally i kicked my own door in to find out that someone had broken into my apt and changed my locks back. that next morning i went to leasing ofc and they claimed that the maintance man found it that way so he fixed my door and changed my locks. that was bull. Val (leasing agent) gives keys to her husband so he can go into tenants apts while their not home and case it out and break into it. their whole staff is dishonest and liars. The sad part of everthing is that my lease was up 2weeks before the break in lol and i had already paid last month rent and they had the nerve to tell me that i owed one months rent cause i didnt give a 30 day notice whn i did. That staf is horrible and i hope they burn in hell
