I just finished drafting a detailed letter to my lawyer regarding the mistreatment I've endured at Auburn Glenn...it's 8 pages long. In addition to those 8 pages there are 37, yes, 37 documents supporting the discrimination and harassment I've experienced that is resulting in a lawsuit. After being here 6 months, I cannot take the abuse anymore and am moving out. Litigation will not start until after I am gone, as I fear what they will try and do next. I could go on and on, but will just site two instances of how ridiculous the management is. I put a potted plant outside of my apartment for 3 hours so it could get some sunlight. For that I received a letter threatening eviction because I'd violated terms of the lease. Another time I received an eviction notice for not including my water bill with my rent. I received an eviction notice, while my two ------- american neighbors who had done the same thing, just received "friendly" reminders to pay their bill. (Yes, it's ALL documented). Run, don't walk away from this wretched property.
