The building is a very nice building and The Lane Company is letting the management run it into the ground.

I'm not an upset tenant or a tenant who is trying to get back at The Lane Company, but I am a tennant who is warning those who are considering moving into Auburn Glenn.

I call the Regional Manager and informed her of the dirty floors in the hallways and the poor excuse for the young and uneducated management they have running the building.

In my opinion the management they have should not be over a such a nice building.

It would be such a nice place to live if the management cared like I once did.

The building is dirty and falling apart.

Nothing is done on-time and the manager of the building can care less.

Its really a slap in the face when you call the Regional Manager and tell her about this and she does nothing about it.

I have been a tenant for 2 months now and nothing is getting better.

I have never been in a situation like this before.

When you drive by Auburn Glenn, my advise to you is to keep driving, don't get sucked in by how nice the building looks on the outside.

I called the Lane Company to ask for the Regional Manager's boss and the receptionist was rude and hung up on me.

When I tried to call back, she would not pick the phone up.

I guess poor management starts at the TOP and flows down.

The president of the management group for Lane is Gail Armstrong....good luck at contacting her...she tends to be full of herself.

As an ex employee I couldn't agree with you all more! That is why I left. They required you to be an uncaring ----- in order to move up the ladder with them.

I live at a different Lane property (Belcourt). I couldn't believe how fast that place went downhill after Lane took over. That place went from a nice, friendly neighborhood to a haven for drug dealers and criminals in 6 months.

My understanding is that this property is managed by the Banyan Realty Group. Does the Lane and Banyan Realty Group have an affiliation with one another?
