Auburn Glenn why not!

My experience Auburn Glenn has not been what the reveiws predicted. Management can use some work, but cooperate has been responding to issue as they occur. Some reviews reflict negative because of rodents and other creatures. I have not seen and pest in my unit or the units that 4 of my other friends occupy. It is a good rule of thumb to know if you had rodents and roaches from the property you moved from they will follow you, if you don't air out your belongings. Auburn Glenn is located in the heart of the Auburn District, an historical place and has serveral ecletic venues to visits. Wonderful location for brunch or just a evening coffee break. The view is remarkable, I think that if residents would take more pride in their homes and managements to be more aggressive with repairs and people who refuse to pay their rent on time it would be a perfect community. Robin who started with the apartment as a temp is a very helpful person to know... if you are interest in the party ask for her and she will be honest about every aspect of the property and very helpful.

Yeah right, this is obviously someone who works for Auburn Glenn...This place is a dump. Move here if you like spit, urine, feces, food boxes/eaten chicken bones and trash laced hallways. oh yeah...also if you like LOTS of attitude from the staff. I've had terrible problems with roaches that did not exist from my former place. Yes I do believe they could come from some of the shady people they allow in their building through ac vents but is that supposed to be a new residents problem??? They should have scheduled pest control regardless and should not blame residents for their lack of management skills!

I moved in about 3 weeks ago and have not yet encountered any problems. My neighbors are friendly and our hallway has never been dirty. The elevator needs to be mopped and cleaned and the parking lot could use a sweeping but other then that you get alot for what you pay for. My bathroom is huge! Tons of closet space! Washer and Drier(rent from azuma $30 a month). Our bills are low and so is rent. Im not complaining. I feel just as safe here as anywhere else in the city. Sorry your not in the burbs anymore . . . get some street smarts and you'll be fine. Don't leave things in your car and clean up after yourself. Problem solved.

CLEARLY this review was written by an employee of this utterly disgusting complex. If you want the TRUTH, read the post that I wrote entitled "You WILL get ROBBED" They can sugarcoat all they want to, but the truth is obvious. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! I wish to GOD we had listened to the warnings people gave us. So yeah...if you like being robbed and disrespected by the management, then you'll fit right in. Otherwise..........take the advice of ALL these people who have written negative reviews of this awful place and search elsewhere! Oh and in response to TaraAnsley...I grew up in Atlanta. All the street smarts in the world isn't going to come in handy when the janitor of the complex decides to break your door down and rob your apartment when you're gone. This complex hires people with criminal records. Be naive if you want to sweetie...hopefully you'll have a much better experience than many of these people did.
