This property is great! Depending on where you are in the building, the views are absolutely amazing! My only regret is that the response to a maintenance request is horrible! The property is also having issues with cleanliness near the trash chute, i think if they stop concentrating only on the areas near the office and around the pool, and the model's and go look at the trash shoot, and elevator areas near the garage they will see how nasty they get. They can get absolutely disgusting! The parking garage appears as if it's a storage lot. I don' think they explain to some of the tenant's that they live in an apartment and that they should controll their kid's, and let them know that they need to be quiet and stop running thru the hall's making lot's of noise. They also sometimes gather up in gang's and smoke marijuana in the stairwell's. I really like my apartment, but, i seriously don't think I'll be renewing my lease due to the response to maintenance request's and appearance of the property. The manager needs's to get out from behind her desk and walk the property to see it is falling apart, and to find out what maintenance is doing. I really believe that she is a nice lady, just don't think she really cares about the property very much!
