The residents of Auburn-Glenn who are complaining are those individuals who operate under the standard of indespensible ego.
The office staff is not responsible for the arbitrary negligence of the residents.
If everyone does his part to take care of his personal space; said problems would not exist.
The office staff should be held responsible for the security of the building and the major cosmetic issues; however, as residents, it is our responsibility for personal cosmetic issues.

They are responsible for the negligence when they now allow section 8 vouchers.

That's great that you can afford to spend money on rent and help out management in order to feel safe at Aurburn Glen. You must not pay market rate rent and/or never leaved in a market rate community. Let me tell you it is nothing like this. You don't have to help management out with anything, because that's what you pay them for. Educate yourself, by understanding that freedom of speech is for a reason. A smart person would do their reasearch before making decisions. Thank you to everyone that posted their experience about leaving at Auburn Glen and caring enough about people to tell the truth. You are saving a lot of people from making a huge mistake. When Auburn Glenn gets their ---- together believe me it will reflect in the comments that residences make (see the difference).

YES ONCE AGAIN THE INITIAL MESSAGE WAS POSTED BY ONE FOOLISH MANAGEMENT / OFFICE STAFF...THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS COMPLEX...STOP MAKING EXCUSES AND GET OFF YOUR --- AND DO SOMETHING....ARE YOU TRYING TO SAY THAT ALL THE REVIEWS, HUNDREDS OF THEM ARE ALL LIARS? PLEASE!! YOU'RE THE DAMN LIARS....Anytime you have these #$%^( americans in management, you're bound to have problems. They have no good customer service and are extremely lazy

It's hard to put any weight on most of the reviews for Auburn Glen when there are so many grammatical errors in them. "You must not pay market rate rent and/or never leaved in a market rate community." Clearly this person doesn't know that "Leaved" isn't a word. How about LIVED? If you are living in Auburn Glen on Section 8 then you should help management any way you can if nothing more than as a thank you to all of the AMERICAN tax payers who are providing the apartment for you. Ungrateful...

Of course it isnt't hard to put weight on sincere, honest reviews of the people who (were foolish enough to) live(d) here, regardless of the errors. Lazy, inept management is recognized under any circumstance, and is sneered at in response. Ignorance and idiocy from those in charge is a far worse crime than a few measly errors.
