YOU ALL THE PROPERTY HAS JUST HAD A MAJOR CHANGE.

THANK GOD THE PEOPLE OF LANE COMPANY WAS NOT CREDIBLE, PROFESSIONAL OR HAD ANY KNOWLEDGE OF ANYTHING THAT WAS TAKING PLACE ON THE PROPERTY.

THIS NEW COMPANY SEEMS TO REALLY GOOD AND LAVERNE IS EXCELLENT AND VERY NICE AND SHE WORKS VERY HARD TO MAKE YOU HAPPY.

THE APARTMENTS ARE NEW AND NICE.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE CHANGE.

I agree with you, she is very nice. HOWEVER - more needs to be done when a complaint is made a follow up wouldn't be a bad thing...
