This was the first apartment I lived in after college. It was too expensive for its location.

The residents were noisy and very disrespectful. The community was often noisy and never secure. There were several break-ins while I lived there and the property management did not seem to care much. The gates to the parking deck were always broken and any stranger could and did go into the building at their leasure.

The area around this property is awful. You can't really go out for a walk without a huge pitbull by your side for protection.

The floors are too thin and one can hear everything people on the floor above are doing.

Moreover, some of the areas in the building were very dirty at times. I got to smell urine by the elevators a good number of times.

Many low income residents on government housing programs are allowed in this complex and they don't help maintain and keep up the grounds.
