Illegal drug activity, Noise Violators and Rude.

They have not yet been removed from the property when it clearly states in the lease agreement that NOISE VIOLATIONS will result in termination of your lease by eviction.

It took the APD 33 minutes to arrive one night after someone nearly beat my door down.

By that time they were gone.

Doors are busted down and not fixed.

Things are aparantly stolen right out of cars in the parking deck (due to posters that were printed up in the office and posted at every entertance that has a door - and even entrances where the door has literally been kicked down.)

Security Officer can hardly ever be reached through the after hours answering service, you are then told to call the APD.

I have neighbors that have called about 423 and nothing is being done about it.

They are rude drug addicts who put the G in Ghetto.

PS - Maybe your "mama" didn't tell you, but it's not cool throw your chicken bones on the ground.

This is the Ghetto with a little glitter thrown on it.

The developer was obviously aiming towards a different crowd than the one he was blessed with.

He is probably some middle aged white man who is pissed off about the people who have taken over what COULD BE a nice place to live.

The apartments have been open now for 4 years.

Why has the retail space not been leased yet'
