Transition for the GOOD!!!!

The new management company is really turning things around. Though there are still problems with surrounding areas (what can you say-its in the heart of Downtown) they have moved a courtesy officer on site, I think like 3 leasing agents stay on the property and the Assistant manager are all moving on site. The office is very professional, and are responding to maintenance concerns quicker (they said a new staff was recently hired). I also attended a Neighborhood Watch/Auburn Glenn Resident Assoc. meeting in which residents were able to address management. I think this team really cares about its residents and trying to make things different on Boulevard Ave.
