I went in on Saturday to enquire about an apartment. The lady in the office was rude and so far from helpful it was almost criminal. When I asked her if they had any two bedrooms available she said, "$1295." Not yes. Not anything affimative. But rather the price of the apartment, as if I weren't capable of paying it. I "politely" informed her of what I do for a living which made me MORE than capable of paying the amount she quoted.

I continued to question her further about the neighborhood and the amenities of the property and she continued to be of NO HELP. I finally just asked for a brochure and left. The minute I got to a trash can I threw the literature out. If you can't be bothered to do the BASIC parts of your JOB and show your property, then I KNOW that you would not take care of me as a resident if there was a REAL problem.

Renter BEWARE.
