SO Glad to be Gone!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/26/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I really liked the place until the end of our stay when the management changed and magically they seemed to lose parts of my contract. They make up stories and interpret policies to help them out- not necessarioy how they are written. Never had too much trouble getting things fixed but the fix was never good- would always be calling back regularly for the same ongoing problems- primarily plumbing issues. The price is low for the area. On a good note the cheapest gas station in Atlanta (at least that I found) is a block away. Washers and dryers frequently not working. Management was rude, non- responsive, overall terrible. Definitely not a customer friendly establishment.
