I made the mistake of moving here a few years ago back when management was decent. The new management that we have now is the worst I have ever encountered in my history of renting. But management is not the only problems with this place. For starters the complex is near impossible to get in and out of during the afternoon due to traffic on Sidney Marcus Blvd. Next the walls are paper thin, I have to listen to a concert every single night from the people upstairs and when they are not home, the cars in the parking lot are still shaking my windows from the bass. There is water damage to almost every room in my apartment and the ceiling is sagging in the bathroom. Maintence was informed three times of this and nothing has been to done to fix it. When i first moved here, it was mostly young professionals, now it seems to have been converted into college dormatories. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES THAN THIS IN THE BUCKHEAD AREA. This was the straw the broke the camels back in my decision to leave Atlanta.
