Thrash Dirty Roach Infested Place

Although Renovations have been taken place in this complex which is called no TIBURON. There is a lot of improvement that needs to occur. Thrash is everywhere in the hallway, Laundry room is a rip off half of the machines work, Roaches in the SUMMER. One day one even got on me. The roach problem is there mostly from June- September where I was killing at least 2 daily of the big kind. I cant wait to get out of this place. Noise I hear is terrible in the lower floors, not bad for me since im on the top floor. I never had issues regarding noise. But It seems my neighbor underneath can hear every single step I take. The staff is frendly and usually takes a day to repair things which is a major plus. The fitness center at least works now. Another major problem with this place is the leaves of the trees come off DAILY and noone picks them up. Its been 5 weeks now and is soo disgusting feels Im walking on mud at the parking lot. The gate is dumb too it never works so anyone can get in the property. There have been at least two break ins this year. One car had all its tires stolen. I am not planning to renew my lease. Location is great thogh MARTA is a few blocks. With all its pros and cons im planning to move out when my lease expires in March
