Renters Beware - Donīt Move Here!!!!! From: khinze30324@yahoo.com Date posted: 9/8/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Upon moving in ...the A/C didnt work, even after a 5 day notice. It was not cleaned prior to move in.The garbage disposal is dying! The gate is to "regulate traffic" not for security.Apartment here was just broken into.Drug dog was used to search neighbors apt. Very noisy neighbors playing loud music at all hrs. of the night.Neighbors peel-out through the parking lot.Dogs always barking.Beer bottles and trash left around premises.Entrance gates wide open frquently.Thin walls and floors.Our mail box was broken for several days and our mail was returned to sender.The phone lines didnt work and mgmnt was aware of past problems.Mgmnt is reactive to problems instead of proactive to prevent problems.If you are a 1st time renter/teenager/low expectations this may be the place for you.Weve lived here for 1 month and were paying to break our lease early.All new immigrants welcomed here!English not necessary or spoken much here(not a slam on foreigners).
