Ignore the fake renovation signs! That s garbage! The same foe cherry wood cabinets and cheap new sinks are already falling apart. The water pipes in your building are horrible. My apartment suffered water damage 3 weeks after moving in. It took management a month to fix the water damage. I literally had to sit inside the leasing office and cause a scene in front of perspective renters for them to do anything about it. First 2 months of living here filed at least 20 maintenance requests, which half of them had to be resubmitted due to the office staffs lack of organization. On top of all of that the crime rate in this community is extremely high. There has been a shooting, a few home intrusions, and obsessive car vandalism! Just last week 6 cars got broken into, mine being one of them. When I filed the police report just a week ago and the officer informed me that about 15-20 cars have been broken into in the past two weeks. Don t live here! Don t let your college student live here it is not safe!!!!!!!!!!!!!
