My rent check was unfortunantly returned due to a bank error. I was notified about this by my bank well after because there was a holiday that delayed the mail. I received a notice on the door and went to the 24hr check cashing to make a money order for the rent and the fees due. I placed the money order in the drop box on Thursday 12 midnight. The next Monday I received a RED letter not in an envelope plastered on my door that read, Warrent Filed, they wanted 400.00 for a filing fee. I was pissed. I went to the rent office the next day and attempted to show my receipts, the manager wouldn't even look at them. I said that somebody was going to have to find my money and she said no you are. As I was telling her this the little leasing manager came up conviently with my rent envelope, saying I had dropped it last night. I went off, she waived the fees. Now they know they were wrong and that he hadn't checked that box, but said he did, as little as that box is. The insects are horrible, I am living with the ant, centipede (sp) family, the entrances are terribly dirty!! Not the best place to live. You don't get the best bang for your buck. Parking is HORRIBLE!!! I have to walk a mile home.
