Why do only angry people rate apartments'

It seems to me that in reviewing a lot of apartment complexs that only angry, mad people are the only ones who review apartments. I realize that things do go wrong with people's aprtments. I think the thing to do is to visit the community that you are thinking about moving to and talk with people walking around the community, it gives you a more realistic view. I do live at the Glen and enjoy it, most of the people that live in this community are just out of college and it is fun place to live. Rent is Cheap and the pool is great. I think Lexington Glen has around 500 apartments, and the comments that are posted are bad but only ten are listed.
