Safety a Huge Issue

I have lived in this apartment complex for over a year now with my boyfriend. He has lived there for 2 years. By far this is the worst place I have ever lived! Several Reasons:
1) Not Lexingston Glen's fault but the neighbors from HELL! Guy beats up his girlfriend all day and night! God awful noise!!! Pictures falling off walls. Tried to hit a guy that was telling them to be quiet! It is like the show "Cops". I am afraid every night when I come home. In recent years the tenets of this place have gone down hill (probably because no one wants to live here!)
2) Safety - Gates are always open, I know 3 people that have had their cars broken into because they had to park them in the garages due to absolutely no parking outside. When they called to complain, the only action that was taken was management putting signs up saying that they were not responsible for any theft or damage to cars!! Unbeleivable!
3) The Pool - don't get fooled when you take the grand tour of Lexington Glen and they try to sell you on it. It is a complete meat market. No one at the pool actually lives there. Just try to find a chair amongst the kegs, cigarette buts, strippers, and fake-tanned meat heads!
This place is a HELL HOLE. Much nicer apartments on that same street. I really don't blame the people that work there, but the type of tenet that lives there ruins the place. You can change the apartments but you can not change the people. This place has a reputation. If you are in your early twenties and still in college this is the place for you. If you have a real job and trying to grow up-DON'T live here!
