The location and price is great - but you get what you pay for. I think over half of the residents here don't work full-time jobs. I only say this because there are loud and obnoxious parties almost every night. This community will not evict anyone that pays their rent, so forget about getting your noisy neighbors to shut up.

This community also has a lax acceptance policy. If you are having trouble getting an apartment elsewhere, than this place may be for you. The downside is that they let in anyone. Some of the apartments near mine appeared to be "squatter" communities - housing several immigrants in a tiny apartment.

Crime. Lots and lots of it. Cars broken into is a weekly occurance at Lexington Glen. Get used to it.

The pool is a disaster. It is dirty and disgusting. On the weekends it is more of a frat party for alcoholic 30 yr olds than a place to relax. You will not be able to get a chair at the pool on the weekends, because the place fills up with people - virtually none of which actually live at Lexington Glen. For some reason it has a reputation that attracts all the single people from every other surrounding apartment.

Flooding - a constant problem. Every first floor unit in my building flooded. I had to throw out everything on the floor in my closet because of water damage. Not a problem they seem to be able to fix.

Others have mentioned rat problems - and I have heard several stories. We could hear the rats, but never actually had to kill any. Part of the problem is that they dont have the trash removed enough, so it just piles up in the parking lot - disgusting.

Dont rent here unless you have no other choice.
