There is too much going on. There has been 2 managers that has come and gone within 1 year with no notice to residents, now on our 3rd one. Mice is a huge problem within walls. Roaches. Parking is beyond ridiculous in certain parts of the complex. Not to mention the mail box area is very confine. Tennis court has become residents pets' personal disposal area. 24hr pool and gym has been restricted now and is on a schedule thanks to some of the finest at Lexington Glen. I wouldn't recommend this place for someone who is a little reserved. This place reminds me more of a college town atmosphere. I think it's more for younger crowd. The summer is the worst with the noises and not to mention we do have a courtsey officer who only acts if a resident calls'!, even if they are aware of the noise level'!

The walls are a little thin. Breezeway always seems to be dirty. It seems as if there are no guidelines or rules to follow in this complex. Pets may urinate anywhere, rather it's the tennis court, walk way, or even the patio, so it can leak onto the neighbors below you. Park anywhere. Yell and speak loud and about all time of night. Beer cans everywhere in the summer, cuz apparently there's not enough trash cans are around'

It's not the worst place to live but definitely isn't the greatest. I don't understand how people feel that this is a family atmosphere, but to each's own. Can definitely see how younger residents might like the complex, and would recommend to them.
