I would never recommend anyone to live here. I lived here for 9 months before I broke my lease because I hadn't had hot water for 3 weeks... not to mention the strange prehistoric looking creepy crawley things that lived with me. The first time I called maintence because of noises and smells from my water heater, they checked out my HVAC and said it needed a line cleaned out. When I took it upon myself to check out my water heater the next morning when I didn't have hot water, I saw that it had recently been on fire... smoke damage. So you would think that the maintenance would respond quickly to that... no, it took two days for me to get a new water heater. With no reduction in rent. And then, the new water heater didn't even work... for three weeks!!!! The last straw though, was when I ordered new keys and locks for my apartment. They changed the lock while I was away for a long weekend and then left the keys in an unsealed and unlabled envelope on my front door step after they had told me they would hold them for me at the front desk. I broke my lease the next day. Do yourself a favor and RUN away from this place.
