Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I've lived here approx.. 14 months and dealing with maintenance and management is getting tiresome. The ceiling has leaked 4 times and they need new tennis court nets. My girlfriend lives at a POST properties apartment and they are a hundred times nicer for just a little bit more money.

There have been several cars broken into, including both of my roommates due to the unprotected underground parking. (20 cars just this month)

The gates are NEVER closed at this "gated community."

Although the location is nice, I would not recommend this complex.
