lived in LG for a year. never had any problems with the community,but had lots of problems with the apt itself. termites twice,water leaks from upstairs,bathroom sink was about to fall through, bathtub had to be refinished,breezeway always looked trashy,drywall in carpet that made my vacuum smoke and then not work at all. they always fixed the problem in a timely matter except the carpet and the termites came back. also when i went to renew my lease they went up on the rent and said i would have to do another application and deposit. i do not suggest this community!
