I have recently moved out of Lexington Glen. Good thing too because there was an awful fire there which affected 64 units. Those whose units did not burn in the fire still had to move out within a week's time without any financial help from the complex - unless, of course, you were going to stay within the complex. Otherwise, you'd better have had renters insurance - and, even then, the insurance companies certainly weren't going to pay for the move that quickly. I hope the person who started the fire with their BBQ grill on the balcony gets sued.
The new management is horrible. They don't really care about their tenants - they just care about money. They are uping all the lease rates though they haven't made any improvements with the apartments or the grounds.
I had been with Equity for 2 years and then this new management company comes in - cleans house of anyone working here previously and then treat the tenants like crap.
I hope they lose a lot of tenants - that's the only way they'll learn that they can't treat people who pay their salaries as such.
Remember, in renting an apartment, you need to have great quality of care of management - you are paying their salaries.
Parking - definately not enough spaces - don't park underground unless you want your car broken into.
Hot tub - well, there are a lot of evening activities that go on so beware of nasties.
Fitness area - the machines are so unbelievably outdated - it was a total joke.
Breezeways - dirty - they usually cleaned them about once a year, but they get nasty as they do valet trash and everyone's trash has wild cats ripping into the bags so trash gets all over the breezeways.
Safety - do not be outside after dark ladies - there have been a few rapes. One morning, I had to call the police because a drunk Mexican was passed out in my breezeway. Cops took him home and told him to sober up, but how was I to know what he would or wouldn't do to me'
Trust me - there are so many better apartments out there for around the same money. Do not settle - DO NOT RENT here. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I was wondering why the Google satellite map of the complex had a blue tarp on the roof and why the place was so desolate, so the place had a fire. I asked about the crime report and they wouldn't say anything.
