I would not recommend to to move in to Lexington Glen to anyone. I've lived there for a year and I have had enough for my money. First of all - management. Old management sucked, but new management started working beginning 2007 and they are even worse!!! I agree with reviews about bad management - they don't give a ---- about you. I had a neighbour downstairs who smoked all the time on the patio, and all smoke drifted up my windows. It was like a gas chamber in there. I asked (old) management to do something about it, but they never even say a word to that guy. Another neighbour's apartment on the first floor got broken into and some black dudes bit him up really bad, stole his gun and dissapeared. NO security in this complex whatsoever! Gates are a joke. I remember them working only maybe one month out of a year. Cigarette butts and dog sh.. everywhere. That place just stinks!
One thing was not bad under old managenment, though - service requests were fulfilled pretty quikly. Well, that's all good in my experience.
Now about new management. I dealt with them only 2 times when I was moving out. And that was enough to make me hate those ...holes!!! First of all, they charged me for slightly dirty fridge and fireplace - $25 each!!! And wanted to charge me for a closet door that fell on me the other day. Second of all, when I moved out, i called Georgia Power to disconnect my service at Lexington. For some fr...ig reason they did not, and i received a bill for a month of service at my old apartment. I called them up and they said they never received my request and now it is between me and Lexington. I went to them, and those ...bags told me that i am out of luck here and they were not going to reimburse me. Why the f... do I have to pay for their electricity' I did not use it!!!! I will report these .... to Better Business Bereau, at the minimum.

Well, to sum up - stay AWAY FROM LEXINGTON GLEN!!!!

AGREED! I moved out in 2006 and received a phone call about a month ago that I owe Lexington Glen over $500 in damages...and have NEVER since we moved out seen anything about what was wrong! And when i didn't get a deposit back in 2006, I called and they were completely ignorant about the situation. Now they're saying that I'm 100% responsible for whatever happened (they cannot reach the crazy girl i used to live with who was an absolute slob) and I still havent seen anything in writing. The management there is irresponsible, dishonest and downright repulsive. Not to mention the property is disgusting. I feel sorry for anyone who chooses to live there. If you want a great property, choose a Post Property-it's where i live now and they have the best structured management I've ever seen in rental properties.
