stupid and careless management

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
After coming of new management it becames PITA(pain in the ASS).worst management with worst service.they don't listen our problems on phone calls.It is must to go personally and inform to them.Old management was good and friendly.The new manager and her staff,i think they are stupid.Other than this, apartments are good to live.
