The staff did not seem very competent (but I think are hiring new staff now though), they expected me to sign a lease without seeing my apartment first. duh' but we got over that hump and I had to demand for new carpet and other things to be repaired before I moved in. The carpet had stains, and they told me to put a rug over it. NOT!! But the apartment itself is nice: crown molding, mirrors, walk in closets, double door locks, wine racks, vanity, etc.. But I dont like my neighbors upstairs. Its either the building construction or my neighbors, but I can hear them walking, playing music, and washing clothes sometimes. I'm not used to that. And they could also sweep the parking lots more and just do little things to keep the complex looking nice. I also hate it when they used the leaf blower or other equipment at 7/8am in the morning. I live on the ground floor and hear it all!! I dont get up that early, until they come around! And my huge patio door in my studio is not very energy efficient. Better ask for Budget billing on the electric. My lease is up soon and I am considering on whether or not I should stay. I just hate moving.
