This place stinks like hell

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I have lived in this hell hole for an year - never have I noticed (in my six years of apartment living) so many changes in management, such lack of cleanliness, and also a bad attitude from some of the people managing the complex.
I feel much better that I moved out. I would not recommend this place for anybody looking for a decent place.
