Please think twice about cheap rent, it's not worth it. The tenants are questionable and many people are coming & going constantly. There are tons of kids running around the entire complex all the time. Safety is questionable. Loud parties all the time. No courtesy officer, or at least 1 that does not answer his phone. People looking in your windows staring at you. Not a good situation.....
