I would think twice before..

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I move in here.. I have been here for 4 months and I have not gotten a full night of rest yet.. When I went to management about the level of noise around here, I was told to keep calling the police... Not to mention someone left a note on my door that threatened me if I did.. Needless to say I wouldn't tell anyone about this place and if I make it until the end of my lease, I will not be re-signing...
