No security, no water and no management to help!

I have lived here almost 2 1/2 years and every time I renew my lease I regret it. It is cheap for a good reason. I have gone without hot water every winter. There have been 3 reported breaking and enterings in the past 2 months. The property management has changed at least 5 times. When maintenance is done, it is done in the easiest manner and may have to be repaired more than once. When I approach the ever-changing management to address problems, there is no action taken by my property or the corporate office. Think twice before you live here!
