I lived here back in the days when the place was called Nob Hill. Sorry to say I spent 14 years there, and moved out in 1992. It was always noisy, the police were always out in the parking lot watching the drug dealers, and the management never cared. I lived in the front bldg where the gate is now, what was apt 16-A, the lone door one flight up from the parking lot. My bedroom wall was up against the living room of the townhouse next door, and their deck was right outside my bedroom window. Talk about noise!! if you have that apt you can probably still see all the dents in the ceiling from when I used a broom handle to bang on the ceiling in the middle of the night , trying to get them to turn down the noise. I've looked at floor plans and it is exactly as it was when I lived there, the master bdrm closet was 3 times the size of the kitchen! Sounds like the only thing that's changed is the addition of the gate, and that's always open every time I drive by. I don't miss the place at all. Just looked at Chastain Terrace right down the street from there, and it's awesome. Good luck guys!!
