i've been living here since 6/02. BIG mistake. the floor plans are nice. we have the townhome model. when we signed our lease 3 years ago it seemed like a nice place to live...until the day we moved in. It was like "Joe's Apartment" from MTV. I kid you not, there were roaches falling from the top of the door as we opened it. The mgmt put us in a the townhome model for the same rent and we thought we lucked out. What a great floor plan. unfortunately it was overshadowed by our partying college neighbors, who i was happy to finally see move out. Shure enough the next set of neighbors were even worse. And so it has continued; worsening every week. They must be doing "section 8" housing now based on the clientel. If your just getting out of prison & used to showering with no hot water... this place is for you b/c the hot water is out weekly. Good luck getting cable, comcast says it's the proprties problem with bad wires, and of course mgmt says cable's providers job. Tried going with dish but not allowed to affix the dish anywhere...so it fell off the roof with the first storm. Parking ia always a fiasco. My car has been broken into 3 times...THREE! Gun shots are heard at least once a month. All the other negative posts are completely accurate. I really could write a book about my years enduring the ghetto living, but that's my own fault for staying here. take it from me, this place is a dump. the only good thing i can say is that maintenance tries. "Bearl" is a great guy and responds quickly. other than him, forget it. i have been renting for ten years now and never...ever have i experienced this kind of unprofessional & incompetent managemnet.
